An integrated country wide digital platform of Public Health Laboratories in all provinces connected to centralize tracking of Epidemic diseases at National Institute of Health, Islamabad. The project is being done in collaboration with World Health Organization to provide epidemic surveillance services for public health monitoring. Registered Institutions will be able to easily send samples online to either (Provincial Public Health Laboratories or NIH) on NEST platform. Thereby, gaining online access reports, analytics and other exclusive features on regional, institutional and central levels.
Easily log in your epidemic samples and track their progress to the testing public health laboratory of your choosing.
Get access to lab reports of your epidemic samples along with an inbuilt storage that stores all your reports, available to you anytime and anywhere.
Observe the trajectory of epidemic, obtain it's statistics and stay updated with upcoming health advisories.
All information is stored in a central database and accessible to you anytime and anywhere.
At present NIH and KPK PHRL Laboratory is functional, others are under work-in progress.

Get your institute registered, upon verification you will be provided an account for institutional sign-in
Go to LOG SAMPLE tab and log your epidemic sample by providing all necessary details. Provincial lab can be reached in case of any difficulty.
Confirm with your supervisor which Public health Lab you should send your sample to for Testing for your request to appropriately routed.
Finish logging sample, track progress, verified results and access to reports.
Keep a Consistent and Seamless Link to National and Provincial public health for consistent information flow. Advisories issued by National Institute of Health gets published to all registered organizations via mobile and web platforms.
